Is anything in the range fragranced?
No. Nothing is added for scent, including essential oils and natural extracts used as fragrance. Formulas smell faintly of their own ingredients and that changes slightly between batches.
What does the batch number mean?
The base of each bottle carries a four-digit batch and a fill date. Batches are two hundred units. Use within twelve months of the fill date, or six months after opening.
Can I use this on reactive or barrier-damaged skin?
The range is built for tolerance: no fragrance, no essential oils, no denatured alcohol, and short ingredient lists. If you are under a dermatologist's care, show them the list before starting.
Do you offer refills?
Low Light and Nine Days take aluminium refills. Overcast and Petrichor do not yet — the pump and dropper cannot be refilled hygienically at home.
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
Worldwide. Europe is two to four working days, elsewhere five to ten. Orders placed after Thursday noon ship the following week.
What is your returns policy?
Unopened products can be returned within thirty days. If a formula does not agree with your skin, write to us — we will take it back opened, once.
Are you tested on animals?
No, and we do not sell in markets that require it.
